Twist'N Flip Cobleskill is THRILLED to announce the launch of our new CHEERLEADING PROGRAM!

As of right now, we are starting with one class. In the coming months, we will be rolling out our full program. In our CHEER ESSENTIALS class, students will learn how to stunt jump and tumble at a competitive level. Classes will be formulated to condition body positions, strength, and flexibility.

We will focus on the following:

Physical Fitness: Cheerleading involves rigorous physical activity, including jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance routines. It helps improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall cardiovascular fitness.

Perseverance and Resilience: Cheerleading also involves facing physical and mental challenges, such as learning new skills or overcoming performance pressure. Cheerleaders develop resilience and perseverance as they push through obstacles and setbacks.

Social Interaction and Friendships: Cheerleading provides opportunities for social interaction, teamwork, and building friendships. Being part of a close-knit team fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie, creating lasting friendships and support networks.mindset that helps in other areas of life.
