Open Workouts are for students who are not completely confident in the skills they are learning, or those looking to expand upon what they're learned. This is an ideal time to get in the gym, work out the kinks, or perfect your craft.
There are two registration tables below. The first is general Open Workout (for everyone) and the second is a Team Only Open Workout. If you have any questions, let us know.
