Welcome to Twist’N Flip Gymnastics, where our mission is to Educate, Enrich, and Inspire children through movement, confidence, and fun. 

Twist’N Flip is proudly owned by Ron and Jodi Barnes. What started as a small dream in 2005 has grown into a thriving gymnastics community serving thousands of children across New York. 

In 2005, Ron began offering gymnastics classes on Saturday mornings as a way to create additional income while being a stay-at-home dad to his three children. The first classes were held in a small room inside a local fitness center, but it quickly became clear that families were looking for something special. The program grew rapidly, and by September 2006, gymnastics classes were being offered six days a week. 

Over the past two decades, that small program has grown into four incredible Twist’N Flip locations, each built on the same philosophy: creating a positive environment where children can develop confidence, strength, coordination, and life skills while having fun. From preschoolers taking their very first class to competitive gymnasts reaching their goals, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. 

At Twist’N Flip, we are more than a gymnastics gym, we are a community. Our dedicated coaches, supportive families, and amazing athletes make our gyms a place where children feel encouraged, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way.
